Follow up on US OPEN winner.
I won the US Open contest and I never received any contact, feedback or info. on what to do next. A member of my group sent you three emails on June 23rd, June 26th and 29th to your eyeonmajors@gmail.com account inquiring about how I should proceed and he didn't receive any response until he posted a note on your support forum or message board. You said you sent me an e-mail correspondence asking for my address and I never received any email. I double checked all emails to date and there was nothing there from EOM.
The prizes are really irrelevant. I think it is just nice for a company follow up on inquiries.
We appreciate your site and the fact that it is a free service/entertainment. I think my friend was frustrated with the lack of response to his inquiries. He was one of your biggest fans and supporters.

We even provide this feedback service to you, as another avenue to kindly contact us, and as you can see, our follow up is prompt in all cases.

I apologize your lofty expectations were not met, however, we proudly stand by our site, our game, and our service. Given that the US Open concluded barely 3 weeks ago, the impatience demonstrated for the delivery of a token prize is a little off-putting, frankly. The response from the majority of patrons, who take part in the game for fun, has been gratitude, which is why we continue to provide our service.
