Hi,
Apologies for the delay - I have to admit, this one had me stumped for a while but I eventually found the root of the problem.
Basically, any images uploaded with the file extension in capitals would play havoc with the code. I have made some tweaks so the backend so it automatically converts all file extensions in to lower case. This will explain why it was affecting you and not everyone else.
In other words, carry on as you are and it should now be fine. To be sure I would recommend you re-upload all your images to the gallery to ensure all your images display correctly.
I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. It's still early days for us so we're bound to stumble across the odd bug.
In addition, if this has affected anybody else, unfortunately, you will need to re-upload your images in order for the fix this problem.
Thanks for your patience - if you experience any further issues, please let me know.
Kind regards,
Georgio

Inappropriate?Hi there,
Sorry to hear you are experiencing problems.
Please can you let me know the following:
- Your Ezweb123.com URL
- The browser you are using
- Perhaps upload an image an example image here so I can run a test
With reference to the Add an Image button I'm afraid I can't help you as this is a feature created by the owners of GetSatisfaction. It looks ok in my browser though and doesn't get in the way. Incidentally, if you wish to upload an image you will need to use that very button.
Let me know the above and we'll see if we can sort it out for you.
Thanks,
Georgio

IE7.0.5730.11 on XP SP3
I have just reloaded the first image so it is working again... for now :)
I'm Add an image'ing the 2nd image in the gallery
When the images disappeared previously, I didn't make any changes to the Gallery after loading them but was still adding/deleting/editing other pages (in case that's where the problem lies)
The Add an image button is staying out of the way today, as the text field grows, so less typos. -

Thanks for fixing that.
If you're considering making any changes to the Gallery extra then Next Image/Previous Image buttons (at the top) would be very handy so the user can flip through the full set without going back up to the gallery each time. -
Thanks for the feedback. That's a good idea and something I'll look into for a future release.
