I'm not sure whether my cousin blocked me on Facebook or disabled his account. I don't have him in my friends any more, I can't search him and he doesn't appear on a mutual friend's list (she can't find him any more either). However, I goggled his name and his account appeared- This is.. so and so's public search listing on Facebook. What's that all about?

Today I was on Facebook and to save time I was copying and pasting the same message, unaware that I would be mistaken as spam. I'm not spam and didn't know. I am very sorry, mostly because i didn't know. Will my facebook account come back? I love Facebook. How long Will it take to come back? I'M VERY SAD. Please help me!
Zoey Roberts is a woman with Aspergers which is a form of Autism. She posted a link on my group as well as other Autisitc Groups and as such as been warned about spamming other and is in danger of her FB account being disabled. #1 She is not a Spammer. #2 I welcomed her on my site as did other Autistic Groups. #3 You will be doing a disservice to all those on the Autism Spectrum if you disable her account as she is advocating for all those her have Autism and their families. Like so many of you here, I am a current an ongoing victim of Facebook's trigger-happy disabling procedure; I have not and will not break FB rules, and in fact have had trolls and racists banned in the past for harassing ME.
I have not only lost touch with a great many people I cannot contact any other way, but also family members I had searched for years for, and a shedload of game scores and points etc from the many games I play.
Worse still, I am told by friends still on the site that the man who has been 'telling tales' on me (claiming I am a fake profile, no less) is a know troll himself with at least 5 or 6 profiles. He is constantly reported yet stays apparently no matter what he does. I have never done a thing, yet this is now the second time this has happened to me. A friend of mine is also being targetted.
In short, we are sick of it; FB need to check allegatins before acting upon them, they need to invetigate all troll accusations thoroughly and unselectively, and they ned to employ enough staff to stick to their laughable 24-hour-response time (I have waited weeks in the past).
I LOVE FB and I will not be driven off it by some weirdo with an imagined vendetta.
I am planning on creating a site for the aggrieved to air their views against FB admin, and eventually, hopefully, effect some change in their obviously faulty system.

I was told when I first signed up for Facebook by a friend that I HAD to sign up under a school account, even though I am home schooled. I signed up under the closest high school, where a lot of my friends go. I was eventually disabled for this, and even though I have acknowledged my rookie mistake to the staff, they refuse to budge on re-opening my account.
It seems unreasonable for them not to let me back in.
I could easily make an account with a new e-mail address and using my middle name, or some such, but I don't want to do anything against the rules for fear I might be disabled with that account, too. I don't see, also, why I am not allowed to have them delete the old account and let me start from scratch.
