Can a class action suit be filed to allow facebook users back into their accounts. Does Facebook allowing an account originally for their purposes of hosting users and advertisers create a contract between those users and Facebook and between the advisers and Facebook? If Facebook disables users through reasons it won't disclose.. does that constitute breach of contract? The user through no fault of his own has been disabled - the advertiser has lost an audience. Is Facebook liable for damages?
I'm sure there are lawyers who use Facebook. For instance, Edgar Snyder is a member. There must be an answer in there somewhere.
