13 year old daughter-need account cancel

Need to have daughters facebook closed. I only learned of the account recently. She is 13 now but established the account prior to being 13. She is not showing her proper age and refuses to delete her profile. I have installed the software to track actions but she has learned of this an using friends computers.

I need your help to delete the profile as it was established under false pretence.
