(disable account) I get scared of FACEBOOK ! Are they trying to be any James Bond or spy behind of Scotland Yard,FBI ,CIA ,whatever

I had my account disable like million people here and reading the messages I start to get scared of facebook rules ,they are really stricts !!!
Okay, in one side it can be good but everyones has similar problems, and there arent so a big problem to have your account deleted, disable ...well, mayyyybe...
Now i am trying to get my account back sending numerous emails to them, but I am afraid if one day when I get it, if I can joy like before just been a casual, normal person (im not a hacker come on!) with 200 friends in a list and 10 groups, and sending normal messages for my friends I could have my account disable again !!!
How could I know the steps then if I wasnt doing anything wrong !!!
Or I wasnt stealing a bank account or passwords from big companies !!!
Whats going on exactly?
