"sorry this profile is not available. please try again later." need help!!!!

i can view my profile, but when somebody else tries to it says :"sorry this profile is not available. please try again later" or it just refreshes back to their home page. also my statuses won't show up logged onto somebody else's account. how do i get this problem fixed?
