Do you mean that you want your account removed from Facebook or Get Satisfaction?
If you want it removed from Facebook you'll need to contact them directly. If you want to close your Get Satisfaction account you can do that on your dashboard which you can get to by clicking "You" in the top bar.
If you notice anyone posting that kind of content here on Get Satisfaction, please let us know immediately.
