Can't get confirmation email from Facebook for my new account. Any ideas??

I am trying to set up an account on Facebook so that I can unlink my work's "Fan" page from my personal email account. I have been trying to get a confirmation email sent to my work address so I can confirm my new Facebook account that is tied to my work address, but no email seems to be coming through. Any ideas what I can do so I can get that confirmation email and start updating our Fan page from work address rather than home email address?
