WHY HAS MY ACCOUNT BEEN COMPROMISED???

Hi,
I have not been able to access my account since last Saturday; it says "email address/password combination incorrect". There's NO WAY! Because I thought it was a problem I could fix, I got desperate and thought signing up another account on fb with the same login and password would help. It didn't. Luckily I used 2 different usernames, so FB should be able to distinguish between the two. I do not want my new account. I want my original bc like everybody else, it took me 5 years to create my account which I DO NOT want to start over. I probably won't even return to FB if I'm not able to keep my original account. Today is Friday, so its been almost a week that I have sent FB my issue. My only resort is to saturate FB Customer Service with my name and account problem so they will finally respond. I'm so frustrated bc I still get notifications to my email address and I can still see my original account from my sisters page. I'm not feeling very hopeful as some people have gotten resolution in only 2 days and its been almost a week for me! I am willing to be patient but am getting increasingly annoyed. Is there anything else I can do that may be able to help other than being patient at this point?
