disabled for no reason

well a week ago i got my account disabled for abusing some features of facebook. now this time they had a right to disable me. then i created a new account and stayed within the limits. but its very hard to do that when u have to try to add all ur friends again. still 2 days later i get disabled again but this time there was no reason for it. i had no previous warnings or anything. and now i just dont feel like going back and doing the facebook process all over again. this has become outrageous. facebook cannot disable accounts with no warnings and for no reason!
