Disabled User, Facebook Account Disabled.....Ironic

Facebook account disabled "nick djpleasure skeet", no forewarning or reason, no response to emails sent to facebook. I am housebound disabled and relied on fb to keep in contact with my friends and family. I have important info in my old inbox which ...i need access to. please reinstate my account, mail me if i have done something wrong, but i can assure you, if i have, it would have been unintentional, If there is an issue, a simple copy and paste email warning to that user is what is needed, not heavy handed instant disabling.....would not be so bad if customer services actually responded in a reasonable time. I have mailed disabled@ and appeals@ a few times, but other than an auto response received nothing else back. djpleasure@googlemail.com
