Facebook Account deleted by a hacker

My E-mail account (willgd@hotmail.com) which was linked to my facebook account, has been hacked, and i am wondering if it would be possible to reset my password.
My Facebook Account has been deleted as well.
I can prove my identity, by providing passport copy, or equivalent
I can also confirm that the account has been recently hacked, so the password was changed recently.(a week ago)

Any help with regards to this, is appreciated.
