Facebook account disabled. Facebook support won't reply!
Hi folks. My account was disabled 7 days ago now on February 11th. It was likely due to adding friends at too quickly a pace. I did see a message warning me to slow down and I still added one other friend after I saw that message. However, it said to "slow down", not "stop immediately". I figured sending one more friend request wouldn't be a big deal, but I guess it was.
I have had my facebook account for nearly 4 years now and have put a lot of time and effort into it. I have a ton of pictures, videos, and all of my friends and contacts on there. I am a very active member of facebook and create groups and events.
Now I have emailed facebook support at disabled@facebook.com, appeals@facebook.com, info@facebook.com, and warning@facebook.com
I have been emailing daily and moving towards several emails a day. I have still not heard back a single word. I have apologized to them immensely and pleaded for my account back. I also promised that I will not add friends at such a quick pace in the future.
I'm not sure what else to do!? I just want a second chance and my account back.
In case any administrator at facebook is reading this, my email that my account is signed up under is sousa.p@neu.edu

Inappropriate?I understand your point totally.
My account was disabled without any warnings being given. i have been emailing them for over a week now and no response. Facebook Customer Service SUCKS. If we were actually paying for this service. I'd have a few choice words for zickerman and all his yes man that of which would appear they are more concerned with cosmetics of the site than service and support.
