Facebook Account Disabled Help Me Please

I need every ones help as my facebook account got disabled for some obscene reason. I have received an email saying the decision is final but there is some what confusion and misunderstanding. I have emailed facebook since to all the email addresses and have no reply. My facebook account has lots of things which I have not backed up.
This is so frustrating really it is. Please can some one help me? I need all your help
