They disabled my account right after I added some friends, and tried to set up an event and a group.. They say i am not eligible, but they never say what that means..

I called them too explained my problem and asked to speak with someone.. the girl who answered told me to hold and then put me through to an automated response.. telling me to email...

oh.. but their headquarters is in Palo Alto .. not SanFran..

i was emailing facebook cs for 1 week soon they read my mails and unblocked my account u should try as much as u can send everyday a mail...
i have been told that we will reactive your account again coz it doesnt include any ad or spam.... try to tell them that reason if u didnt include any spam or ad. good luck

FACEBOOK VIRUS:

I called the above number and spoke with the operator (they don't have a customer service phone help, only emails) and explained how I had been deactivated for no reason. Turns out it's a virus, folks! Yep, no arbitrary b.s. here because it's happening to everybody. Phones have been ringing off the hook and emails flying in from St. Louis to Shanghai.

Dude im being impersonated and my frens are being abused and my gf is abused by some two girls from India, im not in India. They are contacting from any possble ways and telling shit stories bout me and my gf around, and abusing at their best, now more i reply to them they get a cuase of doing it more.
I have blocked them, my gf did dat, and i msgd her frens not to add these two girl's contact and if they get any msg just delete and block n report them to FB.
I also sent one email to abuse@facebook.com, my pal sent one too, but no use till now man, I cant take it anymore and its hard on my gf.
We are ignoring them but they manage to find a way to harass us on someone's page.
If i can FB on any number pls give it, i cant get thru to this one.

I cant even post anything to reply her, coz the more i do the more she wil be provoked to do this. until someone big steps in to kick her butt out. i.e facebook authorities.

Social networks tend not to disclose acceptable use parameters because doing so would allow spammers to devise more effective "gaming" schemes. Just keep in mind that if you perform any activity on Facebook (or Myspace) for a repeated numbers of times, it will likely throw up a red flag and may result in suspension. Considering the volume of spammers and suspicious activities, their customer service teams will indeed make mistakes and disable undeserving accounts. But imagine, how worse their product would be if these social networks were not as responsive to user operations. Facebook would erode into another spam-infested Myspace.

I deleted my login email before i change it (stupid i know) but now i have no registered email on my account and can't login. i have been emailing info@facebook.com for over a month now and no reply!. I can't login and i can't get an answer but i still get emails when people write on wall and other things so its really pissing me off to not be able to reply. I did several onfthe automated things on there website and got one email veriyfing my email but nothing else since. If somebody is on this site from facebook please help, i miss my facebook ;(

Well I tried emailing CUSTOMERSERVICE@FACEBOOK.COM. I have also replied to an email that I got about changing my name AFTER they disabled my account. I wanted to change my name for safety reasons and privacy reasons as for weirdos out there. And like Ryan I miss facebook too. And it is frustrating. I really don't want to reload pics and rebuild my friends list. This is quite annoying if they can email me at 2AM to give them a full name and I do then they could at least reactivate my account within a few hours or something.

After more than a month of emailing info@facebook.com and customerservice@facebook.com I finally received a reply back and had my account assigned a new temporary password so I may once again have access to it. My method started with a professional complaint and concern about not having access to my account. I then emailed the above addresses every day for the length of my problem (After the second week I, I added a short line about continued efforts to establish contact and then added my concern.) I then received an email from some sort of rep in which we continued to email back and forth to solve the problem. Again I did this in a professional manner (no "I hate facebook service"). Like the old saying goes, kill them with kindness...... and lots of it.

i've sent about 14 e-mails in 5 days to all the dept's i've found address's for, and i've only had the one auto response back...

i'm starting to see facebook as a ant crusher (i.e when you crush a ant, you don't really care because there's 1000's more)...

I agree, they treat adults like little children, punishing us when we break one of their precious rules, and then take their dear time getting back to us !!!

Hi my name is James. Facebook has not been to fair to me. They been mean and harsh to me meaning they been very hard on me and they caused me to have anxiety attacks. My christian friends not able to find me in Facebook, not able to email me because my name is covered in black and the picture of me don't show, they could not see my wall on my facebook only see my information that is all. They cut me off from my hearing friends from church who is a member of Facebook. I am deaf and hard of hearing, I am very sad, hurt and angry with Facebook for being mean to me. They won't take the block off of my facebook so me and my friends can start communicating with each other again, post any comments, chat on Facebook IM, play Facebook games and so on. I am very deeply hurt and it broke my heart because of Facebook.com staff. They treated me very bad. They gave me a threat email caused me to have anxiety attacks..in the email they sounded mean and harsh. I have not done anything wrong. I want to get connected with my hearing friends again.

So I changed my contact email on monday and then I never got a confirmation email. then I cancelled the request which was really dumb because then I got locked out of my account. And it seems everytime I try to log in it would say wrong password which i knew was wrong. Then I try to send the password to myself and nothing, So then I got sick of waiting and opened an account with the same facebook email thinking it would give me my old profile back....No i was wrong. it gave me a new profile...which is weird cuz I was using the same email address... So last I deactivated that account and check on my moms facebookj and my account is still active and there. I just cant log in. Same problem here, facebook disabled my account without warnings. I was using last Sunday my account when appeared on my screen: Session expired. I tried relogin and my acc was disabled. I sent emails 3 times and im waiting an answer. I just play web games, and spent my money there.

There are a lot of similar gripes and information on FB deactivated accounts here: Facebook customer service. Unfortunately, it also shares the same attribute as this page - no real solutions :-(

Their current phone number is: (650) 543-4800. Don't bother calling. They ask you to enter the extension of the person you are trying to reach, Press "1" if you would like customer service, or press "0" or stay on the line for an operator. If you press "1", they tell you to go to the website (useless), if you press "0" or stay on the line they tell you no one is available (also useless and now you're out the cost of the call). Just who ARE these people?
