Facebook disabled for chat service glitch!

Here is what I sent to Facebook:

Here is the situation. I have used Facebook for years and not had a problem. I use a third party chat service for Facebook Chat and I renamed a group called "Facebook" into a group called "Contacts" and it deleted half my friends and friend requested all of them automatically. The service is called Pidgin. So why was my account disabled? If this is the reason why then it is not my fault and I need my Facebook really bad for certain things school related. I have spent years working on this Facebook and I don't want to see it go all out the window for something that wasn't my fault. I am not a spammer and if you look at my messages and wall posts, you will see that I use the site for social networking issues as it should be. Can we lift this block very soon? Thanks
