Inappropriate?The best thing to do is to file complaints with the BBB, the FTC, and more sites like this one, petitions, etc. It has helped some and will make this issue more public.1 Comment

I already filed with the BBB but this was their response
In the absence of any response from the company this complaint despite our two requests to them, we are closing our file on this complaint.
This unanswered complaint will become part of the information we report to the public on this company for the next three years. Should any government agency request our files on this company, your complaint will also be included.

In the long run Facebook might get a bad reputation but it doesn't help me get my account back, on the contrary, they may have black-listed me for good! -
