Facebook lost my password. Twice in one week.

I set up an account last Wednesday. After changing a few profile options, I tried adding a security question and suddenly my password wasn't right. I went through a lot of hassle to get it reset. Now I definitely know what it is. And I was logged in for the last week. I tried to update my status today and it told me I needed to be logged in. I thought I was. Still, I supposed it could have finally timed out. I clicked Log Out. And now I can't get back in. It tells me my password is incorrect. I KNOW my password. Still I requested an e-mail to reset it and no e-mail. I tried that a LOT of times. No e-mail. I am tired of Facebook losing my password. I didn't have "remember me" set. I have a record of my password in my password keeper program and was using it just fine throughout the week. So why does Facebook drop my password? There's no one really to contact there. I've been trying to have it reset for hours now. Still no reset link. I did get a response from facebook asking me to reply to confirm that it is me. I'm waiting now for more from that. I still can't login with my real password, nor can I change it. I want to get back in and then I do not want to have facebook lose my password again next week.

I'm using IE 7 on Windows XP SP 2. I do not set remember me though I'm wondering if that will help in the future....Not if facebook loses my password.
