Facebook - Poor Customer Service
This letter is to reference my FaceBook account using my PGURSCHKE@Yahoo.com account. I’m sending this letter using my work & thru my personal e-mail account. Your staff only seems to respond to my work e-mail and not to my Yahoo e-mail account.
At one point I was inform my request was forward into a queue and your team will try to respond when they could. I have been trying to get someone to at tell me how soon someone would be able to review my case. My FaceBook account been disabled for nearly three weeks. I feel I have been receiving the run around by your staff.
I truly understand you do not’ have phone customer services support. My FaceBook, account does not make any money for you. I like using your services. It allows me to contact some of my old school mates I have not talk in over twenty years. Your customer service is not I call nice. Maybe your company does care since again I don’t make any money for you. I’m only using your services. I’m sure If I had to pay for using your services, customer service would be much improved or the end result your company would go under. Customers would not pay for bad customer service
I am at the mercy at your current services. My patience is starting to grow thin.
I am appealing the decision for disabling by FaceBook account on June 4, 2009. I was in the middle of playing Mafia Wars trying to recruit players. The system kicked and locked out with out any warning.

Maybe FaceBook does not like the method Mafia Wars players go through when it comes to recruiting players. If that was the case, I will figure another way to recruit players. This should not keep players out of long period without any further feedback from FaceBook.
I have several friends within FaceBook wonder why PGURSCHKE@yahoo.com account been disabled. I want to stay using FaceBook, but I have a feel you don’t care of losing my services, again I don’t make any money for you. I’m sure you have millions of users using your system. Taking a few friends with me would not make a difference, so why play that card.
The only thing I can do is get on my knees & beg for someone to review my case and communicate back to me on what is going on.
