How do i get my Facebook account enabled?

my facebook acount have been disabled from 4 days now.......beacuse i did alot of add request repidly

and i have send alot of mails for facebook teams and i alawys have the massage that "We should get back to you soon"

and one massage told me "we have determined that you violated our Terms of Use by misusing our site features to harass other users. We will not be able to reactivate your account for any reason. This decision is final"

it make me so sad because i seriosly need my acount back
and i see it is unfair beacuse all people who have the same exact proplem have their acount re-enable back

and i not lose hope and mailed them alot of mails again and then i have the first massage "We should get back to you soon"

is that mean i still have a hope???.........is it fair to make final decision and with others re-enable them back ????

did any one have help????

I think that Facebook has all the rights and you have none at all!

More than three weeks now since my account has been disabled and still Facebook is ignoring all the questions to enable it again! It does not seem to me as if Facebook does care about the FUTURE! Any organisation or company who cares about the future should care about customers or members! The first rule is:
Keep the customer satisfied! Well Facebook does not give a damn about members!

Even the REAL??? Facebook people did not react at all! SHAME ON FACEBOOK!

The wildlifefoundation stichting Aurora Borealis will have to find a way to get the account enabled in order to manage the Foundations Group and Causes in Facebook! Only the first administrator can manage a cause!

If you have any further information about a person in Facebook who is able to enable
accounts, please let me know! So far i know hundreds of people who have been disabled and did start new accounts but that is not the solution to the problem!

I have started a new account completely the same as my original account
same profile picture same name...now most people think that i am enabled again,
but i dont have my admin rights my causes my groups my friends my notes....
my wildlifefoundation photoalbum....

Getsatisfaction.com is also not able to come up with a solution to the problem
it would take real Facebook customer service people to solve this problem, but shall i tell you what? Its no problem for FACEBOOK!

I have started a group to send GOOD KARMA to Facebook now, my last hope to get my account enabled....And to make Facebook Care about members who want to make a difference in Facebook!

Same with me - I was emailing a friend Thursday night and on Friday my password was rejected, clicking the Forgot Password link gets NO results, and 20 different email aliases (including mailing to tullyot@facebook.com (Ted is their Corporate Counsel who is probably working on their IPO filings with the SEC) are all completely ignored.

I understand they are still a startup and grew too fast, but if they'd invest more in customer service, they wouldn't have all this negativity.

I was an avid gamer on Facebook. I believe I violated their TOS by posting on walls of Mafia wars groups. By the time I received the warning, I was already disabled. I have spent so much time and hard earned cash on building these characters I use in the Zynga games and I no longer have access to them. I will not post on these groups in the future, nor will I add too many friends too quickly. I really just want my account back. This is the first time I have ever had this happen. Everyone deserves a second chance. Please.

in the Getsatisfaction answers....use them all for nobody can tell the best adress to use....disabled@facebook.com did not work for me no reply for more than three weeks....info@facebook.com seems to work better...
But use them all.....

good luck be polite because they have all the rights you have none at
all.....they dont have to enable your account...if they dont want to..

My account was disabled 10 days ago, i've sent 25 e-mails, and still no response, whats that all about, Social networking, what ever.

They will enable it for you as long as if it was your first time getting disabled.
It may take 2-3 weeks because you are not the only one they have to look into. There are millions of other people who also message them regarding their own facebook problems.

MY DAUGHTERS ACCOUNT GOT DISABLED A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO....WE HAVE SENT COUNTLESS EMAILS WITH NO RESPONCE. THERE WAS NEVER A WARNING ....SO WE STILL DO NOT KNOW WHAT SHE DID. WHEN SHE TRYS TO LOG IN IT TELLS HER TO GO TO THE FAQ PAGE AND THEN GIVES HER A BUNCH OF BS ABOUT A HIGHSCHOOL NETWORK. IM NOT SURE WHAT WE SHOULD DO.

Keep on sending mails to all the e mail accounts! They did never answer me!
And it took me 4 weeks to get my account back! Just keep on sending messages and also send messages to Randy and Mark Zuckerberg! They have more than 300 million members now and its time for them to change this disabling practice!
Never give up! I have many large groups and causes on Facebook and i know that ONE PERSON CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Don't let Facebook spoil your day!
