how to get facebook account back
Hi, about mid way through Thanksgiving Break I tried to log on to my facebook account and they gave me a message that my account had been disabled. I know I did not violate any of the terms of use. I don't have 5000 friends or belong to 200 groups. I have sent so many numerous emails but they say the same thing. All the message says is that your account has been disabled for poke reasons, harassment, etc. Then the name of the customer service rep. I get the same message back every time with a different customer service rep. name. I have a security clearance so my employer would have done something if I had something bad on my account. I am not a bad person just a regular college kid. I want my account back and was wondering what can be done, and if that Thor guy can help. Any legal action I can take

Hey everyone I am providing the embed tag to watch my Facebook Appeal video on Youtube. Its time we the people stand up to these people and let them know that we demand satisfaction. Hey also can anyone who has a FB account join my appeal group Help Out Teeeem My friend created it for me. The Teeeem is a joke that goes a long way back. My real name is Tom though.

Hey there, it's definitely a rough experience to have your account suddenly get suspended. The experience is all very Kafkaesque to those who've gone through it.
I've talked with FB staff about this and they say they feel bad about it, but for whatever reason I haven't seen any sign of a change in their approach. What that means for you who are trying to get their accounts back is that you need to be tenacious and patient. It is sometimes resolved in a couple days, and sometimes weeks. Sometimes they're just giving you a cooling off period and sometimes you're banned unless you make enough noise. The difficulty is knowing which of these situations you're in. Consequently, you should assume the worse case and either start loudly campaigning for a reinstatement or break the Facebook addiction. You might try getting your Facebook friends to barrage their support team with testimonials of your innocence and good character.
I’m distressed for you

Inappropriate? On Friday, someone hijacked my yahoo e-mail and sent out messages to all my contacts asking for money. They also got into my facebook account. A "helpful" friend reported my facebook page as being hacked and facebook disabled it. Now that I have my yahoo account back, I can't get back on facebook. I feel like I have been violated by the hacker and now I feel violated again by facebook. I feel like I have been locked out of my own home.
I’m sad, anxious, confused and frustrated!

Inappropriate? It has been six weeks now, no facebook, numerous emails which have all fallen on deaf ears. I don't think anyone gets their account back, no matter what the situation (your fault or not). They don't care. I guess my advice would be forget it and move on.
I’m depressed and sad.

Inappropriate? Were you wrongfully and unjustly disabled by Facebook?
Tell me your story and possibly be eligible for a class action lawsuit against Facebook for violations against the U.S. Constitution. Together lets stand for a Fair Facebook
E-mail me at fpb7488@yahoo.com and tell me your case. -
Inappropriate?, One of Facebook's main priorities is the comfort and safety of our users. Your account was disabled because you engaged in behavior other users reported as harassing in nature. It is a violation of Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities to harass users on the site, whether through unsolicited messages, friend requests, pokes or other features. We will not be able to reactivate your account for any reason. This decision is final. Thanks for your understanding, TatsuyaUser OperationsFacebook
this is a message my friend received no way would she harass anyone. she is 50 years old and battling cancer now she lost her only stress relief this is not right. all her work down the drain all her contacts gone. someone should look into this further -
Robin, why don't you forward your friend to me. I'm organizing a class action against Facebook for violating the U.S. Constitution through their Terms of Service and unjustly disabling accounts. My e-mail is fpb7488@yahoo.com -
