That's awful. The best thing you can do is write into their customer service ASAP. It's seeming like it takes them about 3 days to respond on average, but they will respond. Clearly explain your situation and give them any account log-in info you can. It's also important to email them from the email address your account was under.

- privacy@facebook.com

I know this may be construed as kicking you while you are down, but right now should be the time to remember that your reputation is more than your facebook profile.

I am hoping if enough people like it & enough people post their stories that they will have to put something in place or respond sooner. Go to the page & post your story. the hacker changed my e-mail and password of my facebook account and stole my 96million poker chips.. but that's of i just want to have back my facebook account.
