my disabled facebook account

Hello,

Thank you to GetSatisfaction for sending me this link. My account has been disabled on Facebook and I cannot understand why?! I made one post this morning which related to my business on my profile wall and then my account and my business pages were disabled. I have tried all day to call you by phone and email you and no-one is responding to me.

Please help me! I am 60 years old, a hairdresser who has no other means of income but standing on my feet or selling my products. I live in Grenada, a poor country my income is limited. I can verify my full name with you and you can also see from my Facebook profile that I have many friends and family and fans who have all been very happy that I am on facebook. I have even gone out recently and people have commented how lovely it is that I am connecting with them. I was very respectful in all of my communications with people, you can see from my emails and all my posts, there has not been a single disrespectful post or email. I am very sorry if I violated the terms of use with my one post but other than that I cannot understand why??! I have made every effort to comply with the rules of Facebook. The only other thing I can think of is that I posted some youtube fashion videos on my profile. I have seen so many people do this that I cannot understand why I was targeted?!

PLEASE, this profile and business pages have my friends, family and fans and I am 60 years old and I will accept any penalties but I would really like to have my account back if possible. Please take a look at the account Facebook team. I will NEVER violate any terms of use again. I have read and re-read the terms of agreement and the code of conduct and I promise, please, I promise that I will follow them to the letter. I am extremely sorry! PLEASE help me.
