My Facebook Account got randomly disable and Facebook does not care
Account Suddenly Disabled
I live in India, and therefore do not have access to the legal measures that people living in the US do. Right before Diwali ( which is like Christmas and New Year all rolled into one for us ) Facebook inexplicably disables my account.
After countless rounds of emailing I receive ONE measly email from them
"Hi S,
Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, we do not offer support for disabled accounts from this email alias. Please visit Facebook's Help Center to view frequently asked questions regarding disabled accounts. You can reach this section by clicking the link below:
http://www.facebook.com/help.php?page=45
From there, you will be able to take any necessary steps to receive additional support.

"Dear Craig,
I have reviewed the help center, and I do not not have any other email address that I regularly use which is associated with this account with which to write to you from. So I'm afraid there must be some way to reactivate this email id so that I can use Facebook?
On the page that you have redirected me to, it is stated that -
"Facebook does not allow users to register with fake names, to impersonate any person or entity, or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent themselves or their affiliations.
We do not allow users to send unsolicited or harassing messages to people they don’t know, and we remove posts that advertise a product, service, website, or opportunity."
I have neither registered with a fake name, or impersonated any person or entity, or misrepresented myself or my affiliations in any way.
I have not sent unsolicited or harassing messages to people I do not know, and I have not "advertised" a product, service, website or opportunity.
I am including the following account information in my email as requested:
* Full name- S
* Date of birth (month/day/year) -
* Login email address - s @gmail.com
* Any additional information or questions- As I do not seem to have violated any of the terms listed on the page, I fail to see how this has resulted in my account being suddenly disabled for no reason at all. I urge you to please restore the account as it was formerly as soon as possible. As I do not use any other email id, I would be very grateful if this email was enabled again as this is the only one that I use on a regular basis. Thank you."
Since then its been complete silence from Facebook. Someone please help me out here since I am the end of my patience. I work in television production so there are large crews of former colleagues I would love to remain in touch with.
