My Facebook account was disabled becasue I was trying to save time with copying and pasting. Will it come back?

Today I was on Facebook and to save time I was copying and pasting the same message, unaware that I would be mistaken as spam. I'm not spam and didn't know. I am very sorry, mostly because i didn't know. Will my facebook account come back? I love Facebook. How long Will it take to come back? I'M VERY SAD. Please help me!
