Official facebook group + group creation

Hi there facebook team,

I've got two questions:
1. Why is it so hard to find the "create new group" link?
2. Is there a "official" facebook (help) group anywhere on facebook?...

1. It is a real hassle and just the luck of guessing that you find out where to create a new group, don't you think that this is something that is surely not "usable" in the sense one understands usability? One shouldn't have to guess or look up that if possible!

2. ...And why doesn't it show up as the first search result? If one has a quick question or an improvement suggestion, one might not always want to use Get Satisfaction and most of the facebook users don't even know GS. If there is none, ok, but then you should provide this "feedback" / "help" badge which Get Satisfaction kindly offers for companies! :)
