i did send them 2 or the emails describing the situation and got the same result as they wont be able to re-activate my account for any reason ..
the only thing to do is to follow hotmail ch's advice and that's exactly what i did few moments ago and once i've done i got a quick reply from another email address appeals+dodufu2@facebook.com sayin that facebook team received my inquiry ..
does that has anything to do or am already walkin on the right way ?!

features on the site, including the message feature. Unfortunately, we cannot
provide you with the specific rates that have been deemed abusive.
Your account was disabled because you exceeded Facebook's limits on multiple
occasions, despite having been warned to slow down. However, after reviewing

Basically, 2 accounts, 1 e-mail. I want my old account back and to get rid of my new account.

Inappropriate?I now have a list of 13 'facebook team members' and nothing. i've seen about 40 e-mails all since sunday night and still nothing. i keep hoping, but nothing. also, about 3-5 forms from the actual facebook 'help center'.
i'm not even sure if my account was even disabled, really. just the whole 2 accouts, 1 email. my friend can still look at my profile when he goes to my page and everything is still in tact, so that's good? it's just when i search me, only the new me comes up.
should i include anymore in my emails sent to them? i have my situation, what i would ideally like (get rid of my new one and have access to my old one from my .edu addess, my e-mail addresses used for login, number of groups i'm in, how many friends i have, applications i'm using, and security questions for both. i apologized for violating any terms of use if i had done so and that i would be sure to re-read them so i don't make any violations in the future.
i just HATE this waiting game. i need to get a hold of some people and the only way i can is via facebook.

Inappropriate?Sarah, you and most people who use Facebook need to spread the word around, Facebook does not care about users, justice or accountability, Facebook users are raw meat for them, users are a product that they sell, user information is the new money.
Facebook does not have any resolution party, nor will they work with mediators etc..

Why bother with a service that owns your information, you deserve better, much better, we users are not products to be manipulated and controlled for the profit of unaccountable people.
As far as people getting their account back, it think it's BS, when you directly asked them what they did to reinstated, what email they sent, what was their account was, what is their account now, they do not answer. People lie. Facebook is so full of fake accounts no one should trust them to serve the user and privacy at all, FB claims to be so big, so just; all BS. They are bloated with fake accounts, they ban people that just sign up again (prey on the addicts) in order to bloat their popularity. FB is a scam.

Inappropriate?The important thing to remember is that there are alternative social websites that are not run by psychopaths who disable accounts for idiotic reasons. MySpace is excellent and getting better. Also Bebo, Friendster, Hi5, Xanga, and many more. And- it is important to file with the BBB and other consumer sites!! Not only will this help you get your account back - though you shouldn't spend time on it except to recover your stuff and to convince others to join you on MySpace, etc., but it will contribute to the eventual death of Facebook (aka Facecrap), a very pleasant thought!
