Perplexed, frustrated and left high and dry in Chile

My 13-year-old daughter's account was disabled without warning, without indicating exactly what the problem was. Of course we are both perplexed--I carefully supervise her sessions. She had a session in a cyber cafe a few days before it was disabled, but that is the only reason we can imagine it was disabled. Of course, she spent lots of time building her friends--we live abroad and she uses it to keep in touch with friends and relatives all over the United States--and so is devastated to have this virtual network pulled out from under her from one moment to the other. Is there anything we can do to reactivate her account????
