temporary ban of commenting with no real explanation or reason

Today I went to make a comment on facebook and a box came up telling me that I was banned from making comments or wall posts due to using this feature too much. that this ban could last only a couple hours or 2 days. Also that if i did it again I could lose my account permanently. I sent an e-mail to disable@facebook asking them how much is too much and how come I Was given no warning since the little box also told me I had been given a warning. I never got a warning and I would like to know how much posting or commenting is too much?
