Unable to Log in to Facebook- Password issues

Same problem here. I am pretty sure I had my password right, but the login page said no dice. So I filled in the reset password request and never got the email with the link to reset it. I've done this a few times now and sent my complaint to the help team, but have only gotten automated replies asking me to validate my email.

Yes,the exact same thing happened to me. one day my password works,the next it doesnt. i tried to get the reset password email but nothing is sent. i did hear something from the facebook team....but they said there is not an account at my email...but there is!

after sending email after email, i wasn't getting anywhere. until i emailed this address:

abuse+dt17u8y@facebook.com

someone from facebook (an actual person, not an automated reply) replied from my email sent to this address within 2 hours. i was so relieved; they sent me a new password and i was able to sign in and change the password to what i wanted it to be.

just to be safe, in the email, make sure to include the following information (so they can validate it's actually your account):

name:
date of birth:
networks:
email (associated with account):
and
graduation year (if you're a college student):

Okay it took me over a month but if you keep emailing this email you will get someone to answer you and help you with a password. Good luck! Keep with it.

Same thing happened to me 3-4 days ago. After no reply to password reset email, I filled out password/login issue form on help page - that was two days ago now. (Was just checking email hoping they'd get around to responding. Hm.) I'll try the abuse address listed above & see what happens.

Okay, got response from abuse address, asking me to send from account email. Which I thought I was doing. So I searched for my FB profile by email - & it found me via the email I used to setup the account (I had recently changed it). So yesterday morning, I sent email to FB abuse from that (original) account, again w/date of birth, Network info, etc.

Later in the day, I get a message that they couldn't find me using original email either, and asking for friends whose walls I've posted on, link to my profile, etc., to confirm identity. WTF? So I go to search for my email again, and sure enough, the email address is not found!! But my profile is still there (searched by name, came right up).

I sent them the search results link to my profile, plus additional info, last night.

Still waiting... funny how they were quick to respond when they couldn't find it or confirm which Juliana Marie is me. Then I hand it to them and get nothing for 12 hours....

i have the same problem and ive got the reply from abuse+nngnqzn@facebook.com.
they told me to give the correspondence and my info so i gave it and still waiting for the reply.

I have the same problem. I can't access my facebook account and i had the same email address.

I have been emailing every day for almost 3 weeks now!
