violation ?????? wall posts

my facebook keeps warning me that my wall posts may be in violation of facebooks terms and conditions and continued misuse may result in my facebook being disabled ??? there is nothing i am aware im doing other than socialising on the network and feel this is inappropriate action ?? how do i gt help as i do not want to gt blocked ???? there is no support system ???
