My son's account was also disabled - no warning, no reason why, and no one will answer his emails. What is wrong with Facebook tech support?

Inappropriate?I do not think face book has tech support, although they say they do. I am going to find a new and better social network and when I do I will be back to post it here so everyone can stop dealing with the facebook garbadge. -
Inappropriate?I am seriously frustrated with them, that's for sure. I keep emailing them, and they say that I can't do anything because it's not my account. But when my son emails them, they never respond to him. I don't want to use another site, I like Facebook - when I don't need help with it!

Inappropriate?I used to like facebook, but I do not like the way they ignore everyone who needs help with it, and I do not like how easy it is for hackers to get into. If you look up hack facebook on Google it shows several ways, so you stuff is never private, even when you make it private. Aside from having my accounts kidnapped 3 times and facebook doing nothing, i guess they are " caring" group of individuals. Yeah....anyway, good luck. I am looking for new social networks right now. I am to worried to go back to facebook and start yet another account, for fear it will be hacked into yet again.
