When Will Facebook Reply?

My Facebook account was disabled a week ago. I received no warning, and I wasn't doing anything but playing games. I have repeatedly sent e-mails asking why my account was disabled, and what I can do to get it re-enabled. No response. How much time does it usually take before Facebook replies?
