WHY THIS HAPPEN WITHOUT NOTICE

I was sending emails to friends on facebook but unaware of the terms, I created a group for charity love everyone group and put logo like save the children with a click., I was inviting people to joined me in the group. I got a email from Facebook they disable my account I dont understand this. Is it permanently because it is very devastated I got valuable friends on there who I lost contacts with, can you help me sort this problem out I am assure this will not happen again.
