Fandango takes my money, but I can't see the movie I bought tickets for.

Fandango sucks. Well, let me revise. Fandango is good at taking money online, but their partnerships are incredibly weak on responsibility, accountability, and follow-through.
When I pay 120% of the normal cost of movie tickets, I sure expect there to be seats in the show I bought tickets to see. And if there aren't, I can be forgiving. Just refund my money. But when you don't refund the money, when you in fact obfuscate any process for refund which may exist, you fail.
This is what happened with Fandango yesterday. You listening, guys? I hope so. Let's get a resolution going here.
