I have been unsuccessful in retrieving my password (i.e., your email responses provide no visiable support), not to mention I cannot remember my ID (I have so many accounts that I can't remember this particular one either and there is no help for that too). Anyway, I also want to update my profile as well. Why is this so difficult to work through?
