After uninstall, Feedly item still appears in Firefox's "Subscribe to this feed using _____ " list

I have uninstalled the extension, but the Feedly item still appears in my "Subscribe to this feed using _____ " list in Firefox 3. This is the screen you see after clicking the feed icon in the location bar.
