Can't load Feedly - can only get "you ran into a bug" page
After installing Feedly on FF3.0.3 (originally happened with 3.0.1, but I upgraded to see if that would solve the problem - it didn't), when I click on the Feedly button, it brings up the "We're sorry, you just ran into a bug" page. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but to no avail.
Also, the bug page doesn't show any version information. Instead it just has this:
[feedly version:]
[navigator user agent:]
The error message in the url box is: chrome://feedly/content/boot/error.htm?msg=[error]failed%20to%20include%20script%20files%20because%20TypeError%20--%20redeclaration%20of%20const%20hexcase%20in%20file%20%27chrome%3A%2F%2Ffeedly%2Fcontent%2Fapp%2Fjs%2F10101_feedly_1990.js%27%20at%20line%20number%20194
I'd like to try Feedly, but I can't even get it to start up!
Thanks,
Allison

Inappropriate?Hi Allison. Thanks for the heads up. We are going to look into it this issue and address it in the patch that we will be pushing out tomorrow. In the meantime, you might be able to work around the problem by overwriting your existing version of feedly with http://update.feedly.com/release/feed...
We will update this thread as soon as we have more visibility into what might be causing the problem. -
Inappropriate?Hi Edwin,
Thanks for the quick reply. The update didn't help - I think it's the same version I already have installed (I only just tried installing it tonight), but I'll wait until the patch comes out and see if that does any good. Thanks again for the help. -
Inappropriate?Allison, I talked to your of our engineers and he thinks that it might be related to a conflict between feedly and one of your existing plugins (because we just tested 3.0.3 and did not have any problem). Can you please share with us the list of extensions you have installed? (If you have the time, installing feedly on a blank profile could help validate or refute that option).

Inappropriate? You're right, it was another extension I had installed that was conflicting. It's the UPromise toolbar (http://www.upromise.com/8206.do). Unfortunately, I use that toolbar quite a bit, so I'm not too eager to uninstall it. I guess I'll have to pass on using Feedly on my main computer. It works on my laptop, since I don't shop on that one and therefore don't need the upromise toolbar there.
Thanks for your help.

Inappropriate? Thanks for the heads up. Now that we know which extension it is, we should be able to work around the problem. We will keep you posted.
