Can't log in to Feedly

I was helping my boss setup Feedly on his computer. He had a Reader account and everything worked fine. However, we also set him up with a Gmail account which created a different user ID than the one he had for the Reader account. I couldn't get Feedly to open back up again, it just kept looping back to the google login page. So, I went into Google settings and removed his ID that was for reader only, and set his new gmail id as the default for reader. I can still go into google reader and see his feeds, however, feedly still keeps saying I need to login and then looping me back to the google login page. Help!
