Error with "Adding subscription. Please wait... "
I try to add new feed. I tried with rss button in browser address bar, with the button "+f " and from other places in feedly like "Recommended Sources". All I got is "please wait" for few minutes and what is even worse there is even no cancel button.
I managed somehow to add it finally with plus button in top right of the page and few minutes later I've found that it was added more than once...now I can't remove one of this feeds in any way.
It is in my dashboard but when I click on it and see feed page I have " +f " button instead of options so it is problaby already romoved.
Probably something is wrong with synchornization. I have all kind of problems with "mark as read" and other things like this not working properly as well.
Feed I was trying to add is at http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=g... and feed address displayed in feedly is http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/base/u...
p.s. version: 1.2.268 (build 2619) , I think I try to move to older one by now, to many bugs for me

Inappropriate?Sorry about all the frustration. I will try to reproduce this problem. Can you please try to restart firefox? this will invalidate the memory cache and re-sync with the back end. The back end does not allow the same user to subscribe multiple times to the same RSS feed so my guess is that this is a bug in the client (where I am not sure if we check for duplicates of not) and once the client model is corrupted, the entire UI gets confused.

Inappropriate?Ok, restarted. There was also some feedly update showed after restart but still page indicates "version: 1.2.268 (build 2619) "
"How did you achieve that?"
:D
Once probably from feedly recommendation box and "+f" but it was "please wait" for few minutes so I went to googletechtalk page and tried there with "+f" and normal rss icon and no success just "please wait". I also tried later with "+" in top right corner and that was only one which didn't stuck on "please wait" action.
"The back end does not allow the same user to subscribe multiple times to the same RSS feed"
Somehow it does :) You are right probably it was client side error but still back end allowed it. Even after restart of browser these 2 feeds are on my list.
One normal one, and one with "+f" option instead of normal feed options but still listed in dashboard and other places like index on category page.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now adding new feed is working without problem ( I mean without "waiting message") but there was no problem to add the same page again even after restart.
Probably because of previous problem something was set incorrectly somewhere (I guess database) cause now after "proper" full action I have finally buttons without plus sign and also rss icon redirecting to edit, not add.
Another thing is once this feed is added as "http://www.youtube.com/rss/user/googletechtalks/videos.rss" and twice as "http://www.gdata.youtube.com/rss/user/googletechtalks/videos.rss" (now after adding "proper" third one both lead to the same page in feedly").
p.s. I tried to remove it again. I clicked on remove sign next to feed in "feedly.others" and there was message that feed is removed but disappeared the feed in another category (with the same address) not this one which I clicked.
This one is somehow broken and I can't remove it :/

Inappropriate?Ok.I will try to reproduce and clean up this mess. Thanks for the details.

Inappropriate?I guess it maybe difficult to reproduce cause restarting browser fixed it (at least problems with adding new feeds).
Still would be great to find option to remove this feed ;)
Good luck and sorry for so many posts but there is no way to add more than one image each time. -
Inappropriate?Today, instead of feedly.others I see "uncategorised" but I still couldn't remove this feed so I opened google reader and removed it there.
Now it's gone from my dashboard finally ;)
