Inappropriate?Sorry about that. Does it happen consistently? Are you logged in?
-
Could you also please try to shift+reload the page (just in case it is somehow related to a caching problem). -
FInally, please let us know if you see any other error messages in the firefox error console (messages or errors subsections) -
Inappropriate?- This happens consistently and yes, I am logged in.
- Shift+reload didn't change anything
- This is in my error log (some examples):

These are just CSS warnings. Could you please attach a screenshot of the messages and errors sub tabs of the firefox error console instead? -
Could you please select the errors sections, scroll down and then take a screenshot? same thing with messages please. This would help us remove the warnings which are not usefu and see the latest set of entries. Thanks -
Thanks for the details. We will look into that tomorrow and see if there is a way for us to try to reproduce this problem. We will keep you posted. -
Inappropriate?Hello,
I'm having the same problem.
It started when I updated to firefox 3.5.4.
I tried to reload and but it it didn't change anything, and also after deactivating all other extensions, without success. -
Hi Yannick. Sorry about this. Unfortunately, despite spending 4 hours on this issue, we have not been able to replicate it. Will try to spend some more time today. Any help you could provide us to replicate this would be very useful. -
I've just tried again and it works fine now ! I have absolutely no idea why though... If this happens again, I'll try to post further details.
Thanks for the quick reply (and for the great software too ;) ) -
ok. please keep us posted. It could be content related and might come back. -
Inappropriate?Unfortunately the problem isn't solved on my side. Even on my brand new Imac I'm getting the same kind of error:
Sorry. You just ran into a bug!
[error] failed to load the Feedly user interface because TypeError -- g is null [.../js/10101_fx-app_4892.js@212]
[feedly version:2.x.112 -- build: 4892]
[navigator user agent:Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; nl; rv:1.9.1.4) Gecko/20091016 Firefox/3.5.4]
I was in love with Feedly, but it seems she doesn't love me anymore...
I’m so sad...

Inappropriate?I am very sorry hansch: I looked into this issue a couple of time and I am not able to understand what might be causing this. I am not able to reproduces it. Do you have other extensions installed? Could you please try to install feedly on a new firefox profile (with no other extensions installed?)
-
Inappropriate?Update: This seems to be some kind of race condition. We are not able to reproduce it but we tried to take a blind shot at it. The fix is in 2.x.016. Can you please let us know if you still see the problem next time you restart firefox? Thank you
-
Inappropriate?Update: we just pushed out 2.x.117. When you have a minute, could you please restart firefox and *re-click on the green feedly icon* and see if you still get this error?

Inappropriate?I have tracked it down to my internet connection. When I use my ADSL default DSL connection it all goes wrong. When I use my mobile broadband connection it's working. It's strange however that it used to work under my DSL connection a few weeks before.
