Feed index settings

"Should feedly include in the feed index all the sources or the updated ones only? all to show all, updated to show only the updated ones."

It would be good to show all sources for category when you unchecked option "unread only". Simply match what is displayed with what is in the index. When you see "unread only" you usually want to see only categories which are connected to these feeds. When we see messages from all feeds showing index just for "unread only" is not really useful.

Another thing is that I like idea to have all sources in index in each category but this is impractical in places like "digest" etc. where this index is listening of all feeds and can be really long.

Maybe in addition to these two options
- list all sources
- list updated sources only

there could be third one "list all sources only in category and single feed view"?
