Feedly button missing!
The feedly button disappeared after I closed the Firefox window and opened a new window. How do I find the icon or add it back?

Inappropriate?We are looking as to why the feedly button might have disappeared. A couple of other users seem to have run into this issue as well. In the meantime, the work around is to manually go that URL:
chrome://feedly/content/app/feedly.htm#my
which can be bookmarked.
We will definitely come back and update this post when the root cause if fixed.1 Comment

Hi Wendy. This is an old URL. the new URL to access feedly is http://www.feedly.com/home
If this URL does not work, it means that the extension has been somehow uninstalled/disabled. The solution to that would be to re-install from http://update.feedly.com/release/feed...
To add the button back to the toolbar, right click on the firefox toolbar and use the customize option.
Note: all you feedly data is safely backed up into Google Reader so none of your data will be lost in any case. -
Inappropriate?Simply running an update to feedly didn't fix the problem, had to uninstall it completely and then download again. Happy it's working! Thank you for your help... but was a bit perplexed when it first disappeared.

Good to hear that you are back on track. One question: did you install another extension? (we have see a couple of cases where other extensions resulted in the feedly button getting removed from the toolbar).

Inappropriate?The last thing I installed was the Google sidewiki and Google Toolbar... that was last Friday. Hadn't turned my computer on since then. Feedly button was missing this morning when I booted up.
