Feedly-Folders auto-selected on Google Reader
Whenever I select a single feed in GReader to read it jumps after a few minutes to the feedly-folder if the feed happens to be tagged and in a feedly-folder as well.
this is highly annoying and makes my usage of GReader difficult. I don't want to have to jump and scroll between the folders.
Can you fix that or is there an option to disable that? I guess this because of the tracking of the readinghabits or something like that?

Inappropriate?Hi marcelw. we will take a look. Note: feedly does not know when you are using Google Reader and does not change at all the Google Reader client code. So if there is a problem if would be because the feeds you are reading are also part of the favorites in feedly. (we named the feedly tags z.something so that they are the last folders but that might not be enough. We will take a look and report back.
Note: If this becomes too annoying, you can undo all the feedly changes by going to chrome://feedly/content/app/feedly.htm#goodbye -

well, that is weird then. the feeds are in folders and some of them are in those z.feedly.whatever-folders. whenever I read a feed in my folders it at one point jumps to the same feed in the z.feedly-folder.
I use the tag-feature of greader quite intensively so I have a lot of feeds in 2 or more folders but I never saw that behavior before and it only happens with the z.feedly-folders.
so it must be at your end, I suspect.
let me know if you find out what's causing this and if you can fix it. can wait a little while because I like the idea behind feedly but eventually I'd prefer ditching feedly than having to live with this behavior in greader itself.

Inappropriate? We looked into this and there is nothing we can do to control that behavior. The only knob we can control is the name of the folders and we used z. to make sure that the feedly folders are at the end of the least.
When/if this behavior becomes too annoying, the work around is to un-install. Here are the un-install instructions: http://edwink.devhd.com/2008/06/18/ho...
I am sorry we could not find any better solution to this problem.
