Help! Feedly mini has disappeared!
I don't think I've changed any configuration settings recently. Feedly mini is no longer appearing for me on any pages as of a few days ago. I'm using FF 3.5.3 with the following extensions: Diigo, Iterasi, Greasemonkey, Amplify, and Feedly. None of these extensions has had a major update recently, as far as I know, and none of them had compatibility problems that i was aware of.
I don't have any good hunches on this one. Has anyone else seen this?

OK. we did a couple of changes in 2.x.096. It seems that one of those changes helps fix this problem.
If you run into this issue, please install 2.x.096 http://update.feedly.com/release/feed...

Inappropriate?Hello. Sorry about that. A couple of other users have raised the same issue. We have been refactoring/simplifying the mini toolbar. My guess is that we introduced a bug as part of this process. Will look into it tonight and try to reproduce it.
When you have a couple of minutes, could you please do me a favor and go in the feedly preferences and take a screenshot of what you are seeing in feedly mini section. This will help us know what direction to start the search.
Thank you. -
Inappropriate? Can you remind me of how to get to the mini preferences section? Previously I only ever reached it via the icon in Feedly mini itself, and I don't see a link from the regular preferences screen. (On the regular preferences screen, I only see choices to enable mini -- which is selected of course -- and an exclude list.)

That is the right section. One more more thing that might help us. Can you: clear your firefox error console, visit http://blog.feedly.com, confirm that mini does not show up and then look at the messages or error section of the feedly and let us know if you see any errors/messages? I am wondering if there is a bug/exception which is preventing the mini to show or if there is a bug in the blacklisting logic out our side. -
I'm just seeing this now. I'll check it out later tonight. Thank you. -
Inappropriate?Hmm. I just did a detailed code review of the latest version of the mini and I am not sure what might be causing the mini not to appear (in the latest version, mini should actually appear of very web page which is not blacklisted either by feedly (gmail, google reader, etc...) or by you. Will take a closer look tomorrow.

Inappropriate?Well, I find this pretty mystifying, since I can't duplicate it on my other computer, but it appears that I am seeing a conflict between the extension Aardvark (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire...) and Feedly. When I disabled Aardvark, Feedly mini returned. As I say, I have almost the same configuration on another computer and don't see the conflict, so I don't know what to say, but there you go. Too bad -- I like Aardvark, but I'll manage without it. I'm going to try uninstalling the Aardvark extension and then reinstalling the most recent version.

Inappropriate?Actually, I spoke too soon. After a short time of using Firefox with Aardvark disabled, Feedly mini vanished again. So -- the problem is not solved yet.

Argh...Sorry there must be a bug somewhere a few other users have raised similar complains. One comment, we put a change a couple of weeks ago, not displaying feedly on windows smaller than 600x600 Could that be the cause of the problem? Do you see any exceptions in the firefox error console when you load a page where you expect to see feedly mini but is is not popping up? -
Inappropriate?I encountered the same problem and took a look the add-ons I have installed. The most recent ones were ad-block plus and twitterbar. Disabling Ad-block Plus didn't seem to help but disabling TwitterBar did. Prior to this happening, I did not have anything written in my Exclude list. This time I added Twitter, Facebook, and Meebo. Not sure if this had anything to do with the problem either. I emailed an dump of my FF add-on list earlier today to you.

Inappropriate?Follow up to previous post:
I enabled TwitterBar and the Feedly mini-bar did not disappear. I then deleted the content from the mini-bar exclude list and still no change with the mini-bar. The mini-bar does not, however, appear on twitter and Facebook but it is on Meebo. Could there be a problem in storing and retrieving the settings? -
Inappropriate?Hi, I had this problem as well... I removed and re-installed feedly, and now it is showing up again... (for now)

Inappropriate?Thank you. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version. So far, no problems. I'll post again if anything comes up.
