I always get this message when I leave Feedly open for a few hours
Unable to access the feedly service because [reader][0002] failed to obtain a command token because network error: 0 -- undefined.

Inappropriate?Hmm. I am not sure. Can you please look at the bottom of the page and let me know what version of feedly you are running? The version number looks like 2.XX.YYYY
-
Inappropriate? Thanks. This is the latest and greatest. I will open a bug so that we can track this problem down. One question: When you leave feedly open for a few hours, does your computer go to sleep? Does anything happen to the Google Authentication (do you log out from Google?). Are you able to reproduce this consistently?
-
Inappropriate?Yes, the computer goes to sleep with firefox and feedly open. Most of the time Feedly remains authenticated with Google.
I haven't really thought to report this issue until now (It's been happening for a quite a while now), but one thing that I notice consistently is that it happens almost exclusively after waking the Macbook Pro from sleep that lasts for around an hour.

OK. thanks for the details. I will try to see if I can reproduce it tomorrow on my MacBook Pro. Have a good week end. -
Inappropriate?"Unable to access the feedly service because [reader][0002] failed to obtain a command token because network error: 0 -- undefined." Version 2.x.046 (build 2897)
OK, this happens right as I open my laptop from sleep. I just watched it change from Feedly content to the error screen. It appears that Feedly is trying to contact a server (or a few servers) and returns error because my Wifi hasn't reconnected yet. Also, I'm on Snow Leopard.
Maybe a manual reconnect button would solve this?
I think my main problem with simply reloading Feedly is that it takes a while to Sync when it could have just remained on the page where I left it.
Thanks for your attention,
John
I’m getting more specific, hopefully

Hi John. Sorry for the lack of responsiveness: we have been swamped. I am now able to reproduce this problem. We are going to look into it on Monday or Tuesday next week and keep you posted.
