I have a problem with syncing Feedly and Google Reader. Logging out/restarting browser won't help.
When I first tried Feedly, I did not have any Google Reader subscriptions. Also, I did not initially understand that Feedly and Google Reader were connected, or even synced two ways. After understanding the concept, I totally started liking it: better organizational features in Google Reader, better access to content and inetraction in Feedly.
But then my euphoria got a little setback. I added some within Feedly, created some categories and found all these in Google Reader. I then removed all my categories, added better ones and put the feeds into them step by step. Again, this was all well represented in Google Reader. But then, at some point I can't really exactly remember anymore, after logging out or restarting Firefox, my new subscriptions and categories were gone in Feedly! I checked in Google Reader and found them all over there, in the same way as before. In Feedly, I found the old categories and all the new subscriptions missing. I then started organizing my feeds in Google Reader – I was thinking that if I have one side right, the other will adopt to it. I deleted the cache, logged out, in again, restarted Firefox – but no luck. Then deinstalled Feedly. After re-installing, still the same problem: old categories and a lot of subscriptions that are in Google Reader are missing in Feedly.
Somewhere else I was reading about Feedly managing a local cache of its subscriptions. Maybe this got somehow corrupted and then put the whole thing out of balance, and out of sync? Is there a way to reset it? Manually deleting all feeds in Feedly and then trying to sync back with Google Reader did not help, though; after restarting Firefox, the same old dategories and feeds appeared. Any idea?

Inappropriate?precious. You are correct that feedly has a cache but it is only an in-memory representation of what is stored in the Google Reader service so the fact that you are seeing a different set in feedly and Google Reader is puzzling. Questions:
1) would you happen to have different Google logins/Google Reader accounts?
2) Could you please load http://www.google.com/reader/api/0/su... in the browser and if there are not confidential information in the list of feeds you subscribe too, post the result in here (or email it to me at edwink@devhd.com) There might be something the feedly might have trouble parsing.
Thank you,

Inappropriate?Thanks for getting back, Edwin!
1) I have ONE account, but two email addresses associated with it (my regular one and one gmail address). I can login with both addresses, it always shows me the @googlemail.com in the header.
2) I'll send you an email.
Best, Christophe

Inappropriate?Fixed in 1.2.99. You should get patched automatically next time you restart the browser. Thank you very much for the time and help addressing this problem and please email me if for some reason 1.2.99 does not work as advertised. Thanks. -Edwin
I’m thankful
