Inappropriate?outerweb: options is disabled because feedly does not expose any firefox options. Can you please try to browse to: http://www.feedly.com/feedly#my
you should be able to add the feedly orange button manually through firefox menu > view > customize toolbar

Inappropriate?w00t! solved in advance! with customized menu bars, the feedly icon didn't auto-magically appear on OSX 10.5.6 and FF 3.0.5. same symptoms as outerweb and same solution. thanks!
