Liking friendfeed items.

How come I don't see the Friendfeed entry for many items. I know all of the items of blogs like Mashable and Techcrunch are shared on Friendfeed, but often there aren't any or just some delicious entries of other people. Would love to be able to easily "like" the entries of the original posters.
